National Unemployment Clock : ウィキペディア英語版 | National Unemployment Clock
The National Unemployment Clock displays a real time count of the number of Canadians unemployed. The time increment in which the clock increases by one is based on the unadjusted statistical average of number of unemployed people between October 1, 2008 and the most recent monthly data released by Statistics Canada. The clock was initially created as part of a campaign to raise awareness about the issues surrounding Canadian corporations offshoring jobs to foreign countries. In doing so, the clock was mounted on a truck and driven across Canada over roughly one month. ==External links==
